MITM Travel Fair | Cheap Holiday Packages

It’s a time to have a break for holiday after all the hard work.

Yes, MITM 2011 Travel Fair is back again..I think it  follow Matta Fair concept.

You may get  value for money travel packages at the MITM 2011 Travel Fair. The exhibitors who participate include travel agents, tour operators, national tourism organisations, state tourism organisations and airlines.

This Matta Fair alike event will be held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC) from Oct 28 to 30. Entrance fee is RM3.

On the same occasion, the Malaysian Chinese Tourism Association(MCTA) Perak and Negri Sembilan chapters will be holding their fairs on the same dates in Ipoh and Seremban respectively.

Do expect to get a lot of  best bargains and value-for-money tour packages and other travel-related products and services in one stop location. There will also be over RM200,000 worth of lucky draw prizes for visitors and buyers during the travel exhibition.

This travel fair is a good venue to  promote Malaysia to foreign and local travellers

This must attend travel fair was organised by the Malaysian Chinese Tourism Association (MCTA) and is your Gateway to International Travel Destinations.

According to the MITM 2011 Travel Fair organising chairman, Jackson Thian, the number of visitor in Kuala Lumpur expected to attract over 60,000 visitors.

In Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC) alone, there’ll be over 60 exhibitors with 300 exhibition booths occupying all three exhibition halls.

  1. AirAsia and AirAsia X, together with strategic partners, Citibank, BIG, AIA and Multi-Purpose Insurance, will participate in MITM Travel Fair 2011 which will be held from tomorrow until Oct 30, 2011.

    In a statement Thursday, AirAsia said there would be exciting offers, promotions and gifts with purchases for those buying its flight tickets.

    Its regional head of financial services and loyalty, Johan Aris, said the fair would offer an opportunity for customers to understand AirAsia’s co-brand products and services value proposition.

    “With this collaboration, we hope to bring AirAsia closer to the visitors,” he said.

    The fair will be held at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre from 10am to 9pm.
