The default setting for Maybank2U is you only able to view past 30 days transaction history details.
If you need to view the past last 6 months transaction history details then you must request it via letter.
This is necessary as a signature verification is required. You may fax the letter to 1300 88 88 99 or email to mgcc@maybank.com.my
How To View Last Six Month Maybank2U Transaction History
1) Fax or e-mail a written instruction with signature to Maybank2U’s Customer Service to 1300 88 88 99
2) Maybank2U shall revert to you within 3 working days after verifying the signature from your home branch .
3) Got your past last 6 months transaction history details via e-mail in Excel format
