General public is advised to put their Land Banking investment on hold as one of the Top Land Banking company, Walton International Property Group (M) Sdn Bhd, was raided by Central Bank of Malaysia on 5 March under Exchange Control Act (ECA) 1953.
The raids were simultaneously conducted at the campany’s premises in Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching, Malaysia.
This raid operation DO NOT comes in as a surprise because other Land Banking like UK Land International (M) Sdn Bhd, Profitable Plots Sdn Bhd and Edgeworth Properties (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd was raided on 24 October 2008. Read more HERE

The current U.S. economy is headed for its Deepest and Longest Recession since World War II as mounting job losses take their toll on Consumer Confidence, Investment and Spending.
Economists are no longer talking about a U.S. recession but a Deep Recession after most of the statistical figures showed business sentiment continued to plummet in early February 2009.
“There seems to be a sense of a very deep-seated collapse in the economy,” said Michael Englund, chief economist at Action Economics.
