I received my pre-approved American Express Gold Credit Card recently and cancel it immediately.

The Maybankard Centre people forget to put the Welcome Pack of the American Express Gold Credit Card when mailing out my card. I just got the Credit Card and acknowledgement slip.
How can you expect me to learn or make full use the new card without Welcome Pack?
When I tried to call the 24 hour Customer Service at 1-800-88-9559 to check further, it takes very long to get my call answer.
It is NOT easy to speak to the Customer Service as the line is not answered! Maybe Maybank should improve their Customer Service Line!
Can You Imaging if your credit card is LOST and the Customer Service line is “ALWAYS” not answered?
Therefore, I decide to cancel my pre-approved American Express Gold Credit Card immediately!
Why keep a credit card that the Bank not bother on providing a Good Customer Care?
