RHB Bank Berhad Bad Services| Thumb Down

I went to RHB Bank Card Centre to cancel my  RHB Credit Card on December 2009 at Leboh Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. The officer advised me to keep the credit card as RHB would waive the Annual Fee and my Service Tax RM50 would be only be due on December 2010.
